We are HUGE Philly Cheesesteak fans around here.
It has always been one of the go-to dishes that the (now grown) kiddoes requested frequently.
We like them with onions, peppers, thin-sliced ribeye and provolone. Two of the 6 of us like them with mushrooms too. Some like a spicy aioli, some mustard.

The trouble is when all 6 of us are eating, it's pretty time consuming to put together 6 different versions of the traditional sandwich.
This recipe eliminates that hassle! 1 skillet. That's it! My kind of quick and easy supper that is suitable even for a week night meal.
You could scoop and serve on a hoagie roll if you wanted or leave the recipe as is and then it's LOW CARB! Gotta love versatility!
