You're Too Old

A song came on the radio just as I was leaving the driveway headed to pick up the Misters Rx earlier.
It spoke to my fears and insecurities.
Since turning "a half century old" last year, I've felt like there's no time left to do the things I still want to do. The enemy has whispered negatives...and my confidence has dwindled.
Ugly whispers saying, "You're too old. It's too late. There's no time." Ugly whispers of too many grays, too many wrinkles, too many dimples. 🤭
Have you felt similar doubts and fears?
This song reminded me that isn't what my Father says about me.
The song reminded me that "my story has just begun"!

God can redeem the time. And for goodness sakes...Grandma Moses didn't even start her painting career for another 20+ years in age!!!
That turned out pretty well. 😉
My encouragement to you is to hear this down in your heart...YOU are still important and vital.
And there is so much more to your story too!
I know I still have dreams and undiscovered talents to pursue. I have people to help. I have so much to see, experience and do!!
I won't do any of it sitting on my rumpus listening to lies or worrying what others think.
I will do it by boldly stepping into new challenges, opportunities and not listening to fears and doubts.
Know you are not alone. I can't wait to hear the rest of your story too. ♥️
~Health & grace,
Lynn
